What area do you service?
We service all of Summit County, including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and the towns of Frisco, Dillon and Silverthorne. We also deliver to Eagle County including the resort areas of Vail and Beaver Creek.
What's to eat and drink?
We offer oven-ready, easy to prepare meals including complete breakfasts, complete dinners, kids meals and holiday meals. We also offer a large selection of grocery items. We offer highest quality products, fresh produce and source locally whenever possible. Many of our menu items are made fresh in our deli using only the best quality ingredients. We also offer a full line of beverages, including beer, wine and liquor.
How are meals prepared?
Most items come ready to pop in the oven or heat up on the stove. All are designed with ease of meal preparation and clean-up in mind. All are easy to prepare. Next to the menu item, just click on "details" to see the preparation instructions. You can print them out, but you don't have to. We will provide a Preparation and Information Packet which will be delivered with your order.
What if I want grocery items that you do not offer?
No problem. We can pick it up for you at the store. There will be a 20% mark-up on the item. Just send us an email or make a list in the comment area when checking out.
Do you cater large parties?
We sure can. Give us a call to discuss a possible menu.
Can you put together something for a special occasion?
Honeymoon, birthday, anniversary? Wine and roses, champagne and chocolates or a gift basket full of snacks…just let us know what you want.
What if I am allergic to something or have special dietary needs?
You will find some of the information in details, but all products you receive will come with an ingredient label. We also work with Natural Grocers to fulfill any special dietary needs. Give them a call at 970-262-1100 and place an order. We will be more than happy to deliver it. How Do I Order?
Just go to "Start Your Plan" on our website. We will ask you what you want to call your order…Christmas 2005, Spring Trip, Family Reunion. We then ask you how many people for how many days? That's it, start planning. If you do not want to use the website, please give us a call at 970-262-1200. We can take your order over the phone.
What if I don't know the exact dates or my plans change?
Don't worry, go ahead and get started. You can save your order any time and go back and change it, up to 3 days out. Just go to my meal plan and enter your email address and password and load up the order.
How close to my arrival can I finalize my order?
All orders should be finalized no later then 3 days from your arrival to assure that we have everything you have requested. If you are unable to place your order that far in advance, give us a call.
What if something I have ordered is no longer available when my order is filled?
We will do our best to substitute your item with a product of equal or better quality. If we cannot find a substitute that will meet your satisfaction, we will contact you.
Can I show it to the other people coming with me?
Yes. Peak Provisions wants to make it easy for you and your whole family or group to use and share the meal plan. Go to "My Meal Plan" and email the plan to up to four people for them to take a look. They can make changes only by using your email and password.
How does delivery work?
When you check out, we will ask you for your expected arrival time. We will also ask who you booked your accommodations through and under what name they are booked. We will then contact the property manager to gain access so that we may stock your accommodations prior to your arrival. Keep in mind that we have to wait until your accommodations have been cleaned before we can stock them. Should you check in before we have been able to gain access, just give us a call. We will make arrangements to meet you or you can also authorize us to pick up a key and stock them while you start your vacation.
How does pick-up and delivery work if there is alcohol in my order?
You must be 21 years of age and able to show a valid I.D. Absolutely no exceptions.
How does payment for the liquor work?
Liquor will be charged separately from your food order on your credit card. The charge will appear as Locals Liquors LLC.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. We are conveniently located just two blocks north of I-70 in Silverthorne at 354 Blue River Parkway. When you place your order, just choose the "Pick It Up". We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday and 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Sundays we are open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
How do your costs compare to the grocery store?
We do not grocery shop and mark-up the cost of the groceries. We purchase direct from wholesalers, often in bulk and pass that savings on to you. Because we offer so many items in small or single serving size or in proportion to what you need, there is little or no waste.
How do your costs compare to eating out?
There is a substantial savings over eating out. There are some amazing restaurants in the county that you should try, but eating out every meal can be very expensive, especially when you throw in the bar bill and the tip. The following estimate of savings doesn't include either.
How do your costs for beer, wine and liquor compare to other liquor stores?
The beer, wine and liquor come from Locals Liquors liquor store. There is no mark-up from the price on the shelf. The prices at Locals Liquors are very competitive and often lower than that of other Summit County liquor stores.
