Refund and cancellation policy.
You may cancel or change your order up to 3 days in advance of your delivery date. If you do not cancel or change your order 2 days prior to your delivery date, your credit card will be charged for the total amount of the order. No refunds will be made for no-shows or cancellations made within 2 days of your delivery date. Order changes made within 2 days of the delivery date are subject to a $10 change fee. Any orders placed within 2 days of delivery will be charged in full and are nonrefundable.
With the submittal of your order, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to the refund and cancellation policy.
Personal information and Privacy Policy
- Your name, email address, physical address, contact number, credit card number, expiration date and billing address are necessary to ensure we are able to make and confirm your order. We do not share this personal information with outside parties.
- Your contact information is needed in order to notify you in the event of any processing difficulties or unforeseen circumstances fulfilling or delivering your order. The more easily we can contact you, the better we can serve you.
